Our Beef

With BBQ season coming to an end, Roast dinners are definitely on the cards, and our beautiful joints of Beef will make a good Roast dinner, an amazing one!

Our beef is reared in Peasenhall (8 Miles away from the Butchers shop), on the Tompkins farm. This is Daniels (our manager) family farm, where his Grandma and Uncle still work daily. From here it is then sent to the local abbatoir at Eye. This means the beef that we sell, is never more than 14 miles away from Framlingham, and we can also tell you everything you would want to know about the meat itself. As a standard our beef is always hung for betwen 21 and 28 days, but we can also tell you the breed, and anything else you might want to know about the animal.

We always have amazing feedback about all of our meat, especially the Beef, some even saying its the “best beef they have ever had”.
This makes us so proud and why we pride ourselves on the standard and quality in how all of our meat is reared and sold.

So whether its some of our outstanding Steaks, a good piece of Topside for the big family gathering, a huge bit of Rib on The Bone
that would make anyones mouth water, or a handful of our Mince to make burgers or Spaghetti Bolognese. We are sure you will not be dissappointed.
