Slow cooking- Shoulder of Pork
Slow cooking – Shoulder of Pork
Slow cooking is a brilliant way to get the most out of this cut of meat. Shoulder of Pork requires a long, low, steady temperature to make it lovely and tender. The longer it is cooked for, the more tender it becomes.
Whether you are slow roasting for a mid week meal or making yourself some pulled pork to go alongside our burgers on the BBQ, it will be delicious. Pork is a great source of protein and has plenty of vitamin B and minerals, so it’s also very nutritious! So, why not give it a go and see how good it tastes!
Hall Farm Butchers can also help you out with the sauces you’ll need as we have a wide range of ‘Stokes’ sauces available for you in store.
When the sun finally decides to stay out and you can brave cooking outside, we have our silver and gold BBQ boxes available as well as our counter full of top quality products.
