People use their local Butchers for those “special, one-off meals”, like Valentines Day, Christmas, or even a planned Sunday roast with all the family. But we can also cater for those budget, mid-week meals.
We understand that it is not possible or practical to eat steak 7 nights a week (as much as some of us would like too – including me!). This is why we always have your cheaper meat basics in the counter. From mince, to sausages to chicken thighs with so many more cheaper cuts of meat available.
Have you tried substituting stewing steak for chunks of beef shin or skirt? It takes longer to cook, but it does not only lower the cost of your dish, but also gives an amazing flavour.
You can come in and see us in the shop 6 days a week and buy any quantity, of any meat you like. Whether that is a 5 rib of beef on the bone, or 2 sausages. All of our meat is fresh therefore we can package your items separate in quantities or weights you want, which makes it easier for you to freeze.
