Slow cooking – Shoulder of Pork

Slow cooking is a brilliant way to get the most out of this cut of meat. Shoulder of Pork requires a long, low, steady temperature to make it lovely and tender. The longer it is cooked for, the more tender it becomes.

Whether you are slow roasting for a mid week meal or making yourself some pulled pork to go alongside our burgers on the BBQ, it will be delicious. Pork is a great source of protein and has plenty of vitamin B and minerals, so it’s also very nutritious! So, why not give it a go and see how good it tastes!
