Goodbye Turkey, Hello normality!

With Christmas done and out of the way, everyone can get back to normality…Say goodbye to Turkey and pigs in blankets and hello to the perfect winter warmers!

Our local game birds are in the counter this time of year, ranging from partridges to wild duck. Food miles are kept to a complete minimum with all of our game birds coming from either Bedingfield or Glemham Hall.
    Making sure all of our meat is reared to a high standard and as local as possible is very important to us. We use this same meat in our extremely tasty ready meals, and also in our new gluten free range, which are perfect for a simple week day dinner. They can also be in the freezer for when that gluten free friend pops over for a spot of lunch.
    We try to keep a constant stock of all of our ready meals in the freezer, including the gluten free ones.
