From beef stews to slow roasted lamb shoulder, at Hall Farm Butchers we have a great selection of local, slow cooking meats for you to chose from. Including beef from Peasenhall and pork from Blythburgh. (All of our meat comes from within a 15 mile radius of Framlingham)
Whether you use a slow cooker, Aga or normal oven, the results will be the same – a crowd pleasing, melt-in-your-mouth meal! (Possibly with the added bonus of having left overs, so you don’t have to cook the following day!).
Due to these kind of meals being so popular this time of year, we recommend to order any meat you require as we can never guarantee what we will have left at the end of the day.
