With this amazing weather, our BBQ boxes have been selling fast.
We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about all our other BBQ items that we often have in the shop.

With the counter always having at least three types of our home-made sausages, Beef burgers and Pork and Apple burgers,
we always have the essentials!
However, our home-made lamb burgers are my personal favourite. Also our chinese marinated ribs, BBQ chicken pieces, choice of kebabs, and pork twisters, make a great addition to any BBQ in the sun.
Chinese marinated ribs and BBQ chicken pieces speak for themselves. It is the hours that go into the making of our kebabs, that we think make them taste amazing, whether its the pork and pineapple or the chicken kebabs.

Our pork twisters are another time consuming creation to make, but they are sooo worth it! The “Jamaican Jerk” , or the Honey and Mustard ones, are sure to be a crowd pleaser at any BBQ.

As much as we would love to have all of our BBQ food on show this time of year, our counter is just not big enough. So this often means, we have the components we need to make them, you just might not be able to see them! Please, always do ask if you want a specific item. Our BBQ Boxes make a great addition to any BBQ,
whether its a spontaneous weekday tea or a big gathering that has been planned for days..(And it will still happen even if it decides to rain)!
We offer two choices for you – Silver or Gold and these can be made for either 4,6 or 8 people.

A choice of our Plain Pork or Butchers Special Sausages.
4 people – £25. 6 people – £37.50. 8 people – £50

Alongside our old favourties and pies in the deli counter, you may have seen (or even tasted) an expansion of our “Prepared for you” range.

Don’t worry, Debbie will still be making all the favourites, but we wanted to let you know all our NEW “Prepared for you” dishes.

All these meals are made exactly the same way as our old favourites. Luke, with his culinary skills has created all the sauces from scratch using fresh and local ingredients, with no additives. Just like how you make them at home.

Also, this week (18th April 2018) we will be making our first lot of CHICKEN SAUSAGES! Make sure you come in to the Butchers shop and ask us about them. You never know, you might even be lucky enough to find a taster on the counter top.

When most people are thinking about buckets of chocolate, all we can think about at Hall Farm is a nice roast leg of Lamb with all the trimmings!

Our Silver Box contains sausages, beef burgers, spare ribs and BBQ chicken pieces whilst the Gold Box contains flat iron steaks, chicken kebabs, spare ribs and sausages.

Our pork twisters, with a choice of honey & mustard or Caribbean jerk flavours, are a recent addition to our counter and proving extremely popular with all ages. They’re ideal for the BBQ or cooked in the oven and whether the sun is shining or not this summer, they’re sure to bring joy to any table.
